This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Zentura Home website and the purchase and use of any software driver licenses ("Products") offered by Zentura Home ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase any Products.
Company / We / Us: Zentura Home, the creator, operator, and publisher of https://zenturahome.com and the developer of the driver software Products sold herein.
You / User / Customer: Any individual or entity accessing this website or purchasing a Product.
Product / Driver: A software driver or license sold through this website for use with the Crestron Home platform.
License Key: A unique alphanumeric key issued upon purchase that activates a Product for a specific Crestron processor, identified by its MAC address.
Our Products are designed for use by authorized Crestron dealers, integrators, and programmers. By purchasing, you represent that you are authorized to program Crestron Home systems and have the technical knowledge to install and configure drivers on a Crestron processor. We are not responsible for the improper installation or configuration of drivers by unqualified personnel.
Upon successful payment and delivery of a License Key, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the purchased driver on a single Crestron processor identified by the MAC address provided at checkout. This license is subject to the following restrictions:
The Site License, when available, grants the same per-processor license for all Products published by Zentura Home at the time of purchase and any Products subsequently published, under the same restrictions listed above.
All purchases are processed through our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms and policies. We do not store or have access to your payment card information; all payment data is handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy.
Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.
Because our Products are digital software licenses that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue with a driver that we are unable to resolve, please contact us at support@zenturahome.com and we will work in good faith to address the problem.
License Keys are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate or within a short time following payment confirmation. If you do not receive your License Key within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at support@zenturahome.com.
All website content, driver software, documentation, trademarks, and other materials associated with Zentura Home are the proprietary property of Zentura Home or its licensors. Your purchase of a License Key does not convey ownership of any intellectual property. You acquire only the limited right to use the driver as described in Section 3.
You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices within the driver software or documentation.

Our website and purchasing process involve third-party services, including Lemon Squeezy (payment processing) and Microsoft Azure (hosting). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or content of third-party services. Links to external websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.
Our Products and website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentura Home expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
Driver functionality may be impacted by changes to third-party APIs or cloud services outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to update drivers when notified of such changes, but we cannot guarantee timely resolution in all cases.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zentura Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the website or Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zentura Home and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the website or Products, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the website or any Product following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website and any associated services at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or engaged in conduct harmful to us, other users, or third parties. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Zentura Home with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, written or oral, relating to the same subject.
